I love cats, but being confined in a small box with one under potentially stressful-to-the-cat circumstances... Sounds unwise

That beltline is higher than my blood sugar.
Also, leave the cats at home

Dash Cat does not approve of these commuting shenanigans

When our cat was 6 months old, he was down for anything. Sometimes I’d take him to get the kids from school. He rode up front and looked out the window like a dog.
Now, at least 3 years old? The sounds that emanate from him when riding in the car are not of this earth.

I feel like the list of low-beltline cars with good visibility is about as long as the list of remaining cars with a manual transmission.
*sadface*

Clean your window! j/k
Seriously though, WTH? I’m not sure I could think of a worse place for that cat to be, other than the driver’s footwell.

Cat sits where cat fits.
Ugh, hard water spots. These work trucks are not well taken care of, I’m just happy mine runs!

Also in a car accident scenario you are gonna have one pissed off animal possibly escaping/getting injured/injuring you.
Dogs are the same, but tend not to flee like cats

If there's an accident, it'd be catastrophic.

As someone who’s had cats over the years, they’ll sit where they don’t fit too. Lol

“That beltline is higher than my blood sugar.”
Maybe you need to increase
the carbs... get that blood sugar above that beltline!

Some cats are into this. When I was a kid, my brother had a cat who loved to go on car rides - would sit on the rear window shelf and just watch things go by. This cat would also jump in your car if you parked in the driveway and left the door open.

The cat prominently displaying it's butt in the window, like some weird Cat-Arse-Trophy.
